These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Dalmatia AI Systems website and services. By accessing our site or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services

Dalmatia AI Systems provides website design, marketing automation, reputation management, and related digital services for contractors and home service businesses. The specific services included in your plan are outlined on our pricing page and in your service agreement.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscription plans are billed monthly (Essential at $97/mo, Pro at $197/mo) unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are processed automatically through your chosen payment method on the billing date each month.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle — no partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
• Prices are subject to change with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current rate unless they upgrade or modify their plan.

3. Content Updates & 72-Hour Guarantee

Our 72-hour update guarantee applies to content changes (photos, text, pricing, service additions). It does not cover major redesigns, structural changes, or custom development work, which are quoted separately. Update requests submitted on weekends or holidays begin the 72-hour clock on the next business day.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information and branding assets.
• Respond to requests for content approval in a timely manner.
• Ensure you have the rights to all images, logos, and text you provide.
• Maintain your own business licenses, insurance, and legal compliance.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final website design and content you provided. Dalmatia AI Systems retains ownership of underlying templates, frameworks, code libraries, and proprietary tools used to build your site. You may not resell, redistribute, or rebrand our templates.

6. Hosting

Free hosting is included with active subscriptions. If you cancel your subscription, hosting will be terminated after 30 days unless you arrange to migrate your site to your own hosting provider.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dalmatia AI Systems is not liable for lost revenue, business interruption, or indirect damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding any claim.

8. No Guarantees of Results

While we build our systems to maximize conversions and leads, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, search rankings, or revenue figures. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, and your own sales process.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, abuse, or violation of these Terms. You may terminate your subscription at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
